Frontline Insurance in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to oversee the claims process, lead a team of adjusters and examiners, and ensure timely, compliant resolutions. You will set handling procedures and drive customer satisfaction through effective leadership.

You will analyze claim trends, collaborate with legal and underwriting, and report KPIs to senior management, shaping strategies to mitigate risk and improve operational performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with claims management software and MS Office applications.
