Job summary

Conduent seeks a Claims Domain Test Manager to lead testing strategy for MMIS healthcare projects. You will drive test planning, design cases, validate end-to-end claim flows, and coordinate with clients and development teams.

Strong Medicaid/Medicare knowledge and hands-on adjudication experience are essential. You will collaborate with Dev, Architecture, and Design to define GUI and platform requirements, ensuring high quality delivery and successful milestones across health care systems and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of health care experience, especially in MMIS domain.
• Hands-on experience with claims processing and adjudication.
• Experience with reference data sets required in claims adjudication.
• Experience configuring benefits or programs in claims systems across subsystems.
• Ability to run queries and perform basic system analysis, RCA etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients and dev teams, demos and feedback tracking.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to define GUI view and platform requirements with architects.
• Deep understanding of Claims lifecycle: Member, Provider, Submission, Adjudication, Payment, and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the testing strategy for MMIS health care projects.
• Coordinate with customers on delivery and deployments.
• Design test plans and test cases from business rules and system configurations.
• Validate end-to-end claim flows from intake to payment and reporting.
• Perform interface testing and test integrations across systems.
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting with QA/dev teams.
