Carl Warren & Company in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced claims professional to manage litigated auto and general liability property damage claims from intake to resolution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams to achieve quality outcomes, cost controls, and exceptional customer service.

Formación

• 6+ years handling litigated auto and/or general liability property damage.
• Field investigation experience preferred.
• Public entity experience is a plus.
• College degree preferred; insurance designations (AIC, AIM, ARM, CPCU) a plus.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office software.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with client employees, be the point of contact and manage files through assignment conclusion.
• Execute on client and Carl Warren strategies to achieve claims quality, customer service, and operational objectives.
• Work effectively with partners/subcontractors to manage expenses and indemnity costs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of handling litigated auto and/or general liability property damage
• Field investigation experience preferred
• Public entity experience is a plus
• College degree is preferred and a designation (e.g. AIC, AIM, ARM, CPCU) and/or insurance related courses are a plus
• Experience working in claims management systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
