Job summary

Carl Warren & Company is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage litigated auto and general liability files from intake to resolution. The role emphasizes client communication, thorough investigation, and collaboration with partners to control costs.

Applicants should have a college degree and relevant designations; field investigation experience is preferred, with strong proficiency in MS Office. Public entity experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of handling litigated auto and/or general liability property damage.
• Field investigation experience preferred.
• Public entity experience is a plus.
• College degree and/or insurance designations (AIC, AIM, ARM, CPCU) are a plus.
• Experience working with claims management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Communication with client's employees, point of contact and file handling to the conclusion of assignments.
• Execute on client/Carl Warren strategies to achieve claims quality, customer service, and operational objectives.
• Work effectively with partners/subcontractors to achieve satisfactory results on both the expense and indemnity costs.
