• Able to handle primary and excess bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of industry practices and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an inventory of claims with moderate to high exposure and coverage issues.
• Coordinate investigations into loss facts, damages, and risk transfer opportunities.
• Evaluate coverage and damages to determine exposure for insureds and policies.
• Communicate coverage positions within authority and pursue defense strategies.
• Provide superior customer service to insureds, agents, and partners; travel as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, examiner licensing, and Best Practices guidelines.
