Assist with claims voucher entries to ensure accurate fund transfers and offsets.
Participate in weekly and quarterly operational tasks as needed.

Position Summary:

Join our Customer Operations team as a Senior Representative, where you'll play a critical role in supporting claims processing, legal documentation review, and beneficiary tracking. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, queue-based environment and enjoys solving complex administrative challenges with precision and care.

You'll be part of a small, high-performing team that values autonomy, reliability, and continuous learning. This role offers strong networking potential across support services and claims teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Claims Briefs: Compile, distribute, and complete claim briefs based on death notifications, coordinating with internal teams to gather contract data.
Beneficiary Research: Investigate and verify beneficiary information for self-administered claims using internal systems.
Legal Documentation Review: Process and validate transfer of ownership and power of attorney documents, ensuring compliance with state-specific legal standards.
Accounting Support: Assist with claims voucher entries to ensure accurate fund transfers and offsets.
Miscellaneous Processes: Participate in weekly and quarterly operational tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

#LI-Hybrid This position will have a hybrid working arrangement, working in-office for a minimum of 1 day a week.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$18.80 - $32.69
