Job summary

Gravie is seeking a Senior Claims Optimization Analyst to bridge complex claims databases with enterprise-scale automation. This autonomous role focuses on reducing leakage through data-driven workflows and close collaboration with Claims, Payment Integrity leadership, Engineering, and Product teams.

You will design production-grade scripts (Python, R, or advanced RPA), mine data for operational friction, and deploy AI-powered prompts to improve cycle times while ensuring zero downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations analytics or automation within health plans or TPA.
• Advanced SQL and production-ready Python skills interacting with APIs and databases.
• Experience with AI/automation and leveraging LLMs to solve bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively uncover friction via deep data mining across complex claims data.
• Architect production-grade scripts and auto-adjudication paths safely.
• Lead AI deployment and prompts to interpret claims and medical records for faster cycles.
• Monitor automated workflows to ensure zero downtime and maintain production integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Claims, and Product to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Own UAT, deployment strategy, and post-launch monitoring for large-scale automation.
