Job summary

Nara is seeking a dedicated Claims Operations professional in Chicago to process and adjudicate health, dental, and vision claims with precision. You will review, correct, and flag claims, contributing to a smarter AI-enabled platform by documenting unusual cases and best practices.

You will work with multiple software systems, perform QA on auto-adjudicated claims, and collaborate with the tech team to identify automation opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years in TPA health insurance claims processing required.
Proven ability to identify patterns and edge cases in claims processing.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience creating detailed process documentation.
Strong proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Process and adjudicate health, dental, and vision claims.
Perform quality assurance reviews of auto-adjudicated claims.
Analyze claim documentation for accuracy and compliance with plan benefits.
Collaborate with technology team to identify patterns and automation opportunities.
Share claims processing knowledge and contribute to knowledge base.
