Role Overview

• Jurisdictions: NY claims experience required
• Licenses: NY adjusters license required
• Location: Fully remote role

How You'll Make an Impact

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claim process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims according to client and company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support claim outcomes.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Workers Compensation, Lost-Times claims experience
• NY claims experience
• NY adjusters license

As a key team member, you will:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and improve claims management.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants effectively.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant claims experience
• Proper licensing in all handled states
• Knowledge of industry standards
• Computer skills with claims and business software

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
