Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to analyze and resolve complex General Liability restaurant-related claims. The role supports clients and maintains strong communication with claimants while upholding regulatory and company standards.

Role requires active adjuster licenses across states and at least 5 years in claims. Fully remote work options are available, with jurisdictional experience in the US and a focus on empathetic, results-driven service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Restaurant claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
