Responsibilities

• Adjusts property and casualty claims from commencement to completion.

• Conducts field investigations, questions claimants and witnesses, and gathers evidence.
• Negotiates settlements within authority limits and reserves case files.
• Assists in supervision of claims assistants and coordinates with departments.
