A Brief Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Claims Account Manager to join our team and work from one of our offices. However, we are open to consider a remote working arrangement for a qualified person not living within a reasonable commute distance of one of our offices. This individual will oversee third party claim administrators handling Management Liability claims on Argo’s behalf and contribute to providing superb claims results for our clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Administer oversight of Argo Management Liability files at a TPA partner with a potentially major impact on departmental results.
• Monitor the quality of work performed by TPAs adjusting claims for US programs.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Management Liability program for both internal and external customers.
• Participate in audit and claim review processes for the Management Liability program.
• Conduct regular audits and claim reviews for the Management Liability program.

What We Need:

• A J.D. Degree from an accredited university is required.
• At least seven years of industry experience required.
• Advanced technical expertise related to Management Liability policies, claims resolution, and knowledge of insurance and claims settlement principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to partner with finance, actuarial, IT, and marketing resources.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Proven ability to consistently produce and deliver expected results to all stakeholders.
• Client focus – the ability to effectively determine specific client needs and to provide value-added solutions.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
