Qualifications

• Four years of professional civil/traffic engineering experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in civil/traffic engineering or equivalent.
• California driver’s license required.
• Registration as a California professional civil or traffic engineer required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects for public works, utilities, streets, and traffic systems.
• Coordinate with City departments, outside agencies, and consultants.
• Develop, review, and manage project schedules and budgets; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports, agenda items, and presentations for Council and committees.
