The Lemoine Company, a Great Place to Work-Certified firm, seeks an experienced Project Superintendent for the Rayville, LA area. You will supervise field operations, safeguard workers, manage schedule and quality, and coordinate with trade contractors to minimize risk and keep projects on track.

You will lead safety meetings, implement QA/QC processes, monitor project costs, and guide on-site teams toward achieving milestones on projects with revenues up to $15 million.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional field supervisory experience in commercial general contracting or subcontracting.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling for construction trades (all disciplines).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures Safe Work Practices are reviewed in Pre-Installation Meetings with a focus on site-specific safety plans.
• Leads weekly on-site safety meetings with the team to monitor high-risk areas.
• Implements QA/QC procedures for non-conforming work and ensures proper documentation and follow-up inspections.
• Oversees construction of one or more projects with annual revenues between $15 million and $40 million.
• Monitors monthly Project Cost Summary Reports to align final budgets and investigates variances with corrective actions.
• Develops preliminary schedules, milestones, and critical material deliveries based on the Phased Sequencing Plan.
• Provides guidance and leadership to Assistant Superintendents and on-site craft personnel.
