Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Civil Superintendent (CCGT) to lead direct-hire and subcontractor teams on a major data center project, coordinating work planning, scheduling, and safety to deliver drawings-based outcomes. The role supports preconstruction activities from Reston, Houston, or Cheyenne and may relocate to Cheyenne as mobilization occurs.

A BS in engineering or construction management with 5–8 years of civil construction experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction on large projects.
• Knowledge of concrete construction methods for large placements.
• Strong supervisory and cost-management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and organizes direct hire/subcontractor activities.
• Prepares construction drawings and sketches with Field Engineers.
• Develops planning construction methods and procedures.
• Develops projections and schedules for workforce, material, and equipment.
• Reviews installation work packages with foreman and general foreman.
• Ensures work is performed safely and in compliance with drawings and codes.
