Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a senior Civil/Structural Engineering leader in the New Orleans area. You will guide strategy, review deliverables, and mentor engineers across multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role supports complex industrial projects with a focus on seismic design, 3D modeling, and deliverable development. A PE or advanced degree is preferred, with strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with related experience.
• Master's degree preferred with advanced experience.
• PhD welcomed with relevant industrial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural engineering work for complex industrial/capital projects.
• Guide engineering strategy and review technical deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge transfer.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment in designs.
• Develop and align design decisions with stakeholders.
