Audubon Companies is seeking a Civil/Structural Designer III to join our Canonsburg, PA team. The role involves designing civil/structural equipment, components, structures or systems and preparing detailed drawings with CAD software.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, CADWorx, and PDMS, with field experience and a background in onshore gas processing or related industries. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting project delivery.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree from a Technical Institution preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ of experience preferred.
• AutoCAD software experience required.
• CADWorx and PDMS software experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office software experience preferred.
• Field experience required.
• Experience in onshore gas processing, hydrocarbon storage and transportation, chemical manufacturing or refining industry required.
• Small project lead experience required.
• Medium/Large project lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed drawings of parts and assemblies from layouts, designs and working drawings.
• Interpret verbal or written direction to initiate a preliminary design.
• Perform basic calculations and trigonometry functions as required.
• Check and verify accuracy of drawings prepared by others.
• Prepare bills of material (BOM) and specifications; revise drawings and BOM with changes.
• Implement revisions and change control per company standards.
• Assemble information from diverse sources for drawings.
• Create 2D/3D CAD layouts of civil/structural systems and drawings.
• Create fabrication and assembly drawings and technical specs.
• Assist with field surveys and document existing conditions.
• Check field red-lined drawings and generate as-built drawings.
• Design components or portions of systems and modify existing designs.
