Jacobs in Spartanburg, SC (or another US Jacobs office) seeks an experienced Civil Structural Architectural Construction Superintendent to lead on-site scheduling and ensure the right resources are available to complete the project safely and efficiently.

The role requires pharma/GMP facility experience, multi-discipline knowledge, and proven ability to lead client meetings and coordinate with owners, designers, and crews.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction site experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site.
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done.
• Take action to ensure safety, health and well-being of the team and our planet.
• Lead client and construction meetings with owners and designers.
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and reviews with owner and designers.
• Perform constructability reviews.
• Turn over process including TOPs, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.
