Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and sketches using CAD workstations in coordination with engineers.
• Coordinate designs with engineers and manage project discipline scope and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and lead multiple discipline design efforts across projects.
• Promote design automation and improve workflows and tools within the discipline.
• Support work for/in multiple offices and ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
