Primoris Pipeline is seeking a Sr. Civil-Structural CAD Designer to deliver detailed 2D and 3D structural drawings and models using AutoCAD, Cadworx Structure, and Civil 3D.

The role requires independent work from lead designers and engineers, with responsibility for quality checks and adherence to project standards. You will collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines, interpret concepts into construction drawings, and delegate tasks to CAD Designers while ensuring consistency and

Qualifications

• Proficient with AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
• Experience with Cadworx Structure for structural detailing.
• Skilled in Civil 3D for grading and earthwork modeling.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned drafting tasks and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in site visits as needed to verify as-built conditions or gather field data.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Cadworx Structure, and Civil 3D to produce accurate drawings.
• Create detailed 2D drawings of structural components and systems.
• Develop 3D grading and earthwork models using Civil 3D.
• Produce grading plans, profiles, and views from Civil 3D.
• Perform quantity take-offs from models.
• Develop 3D structural models using CADWorx Structure.
• Coordinate using data referencing and x-references in CAD environments.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and client standards.
• Prepare deliverables for client submissions.
• Maintain revisions and markups; manage CAD Designer tasks.
