Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to lead civil development projects across single-family, subdivisions, and commercial/institutional sites. You will manage client relationships, coordinate engineers and CAD designers, and drive project delivery with a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Georgia Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure development.
• 2–3+ years of project management experience with leadership of engineers and CAD designers.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for single-family, subdivision, multifamily, commercial and industrial development (paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sewers).
• Lead portfolio delivery with strong support and back-office resources.
• Engage in business development and mentor project teams.
• Interface with clients to ensure satisfaction with work products.
• Oversee engineers and CAD designers to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Prepare and present project management reports.
