Job summary

Conrad Consulting in Buffalo, New York seeks a Project Engineer – Civil/Site to lead civil/site engineering projects across New York State. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
New York State PE license.
Minimum 6 years civil/site engineering experience (8-10+ preferred).
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of civil/site engineering projects.
Prepare and oversee site plans, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and pedestrian/vehicular circulation.
Develop watershed models and engineering design calculations.
Assign and review design work by junior staff.
Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Perform technical and quality reviews to ensure standards compliance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
Obtain required permits and approvals.
Conduct site visits and provide construction support.
Travel throughout New York State as required.
