Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil site land development projects in Charleston or Greenville, SC. You will oversee planning, permitting, design oversight, and construction delivery for major land development clients.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, and budget using EVM, building strong client relationships, and guiding project teams to meet milestones while maintaining profitability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil site/land development project experience.
• PE license in SC or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of civil site development projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, manning, vendor lists and progress billing points.
• Submit permits and ensure regulatory compliance with authorities.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate client communications and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive profitability and client satisfaction through strong leadership.
