Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 9 years of related site/civil engineering experience focused on land development.
• Professional Engineering license in North Carolina.
• Be able to attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings.
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil engineers and designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Oversee civil site design projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Build strong client partnerships by understanding needs and delivering results.
• Explore sustainable practices and creative solutions for projects.
