CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. The role oversees 30-40 employees focused on grading and utility work, and coordinates 15+ subcontractors to keep work aligned with design, budget, and schedule.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction; TDOT experience is a plus but not required.
