Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager in Missouri to lead transportation/roadway design efforts. You will coordinate engineers, staff, and client relations to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, Missouri PE license (or ability to obtain within 4 months), and 10+ years of street/highway design experience, with knowledge of applicable regulations. Salary range announced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related curriculum.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri or ability to obtain within 4 months.
• Minimum of ten years' experience in design of streets and highways.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for street/highway design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of multi-discipline engineering projects.
• Independently coordinate engineers and plan team assignments.
• Establish client relationships and participate in marketing, contracts and design meetings.
• Coordinate workload and ensure documents are completed on schedule.
• Track financial aspects and adjust work effort to meet schedules.
