Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects in Missouri seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager with a Transportation/Roadway Design background to lead multi-discipline projects and coordinate with clients and staff.

Responsibilities include managing teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, and engaging with state DOTs and clients to deliver high-quality roadway engineering solutions in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related curriculum.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri or ability to obtain within 4 months.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in the design of streets and highways.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations pertaining to street/highway design.
• Experience with winning/executing projects for state DOTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of multi-discipline engineering projects.
• Coordinate work of engineers and plan team assignments.
• Establish client relationships and participate in marketing, contracts, and design meetings.
• Coordinate workload and ensure on-schedule completion of documents.
• Track financial aspects and adjust work effort to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads for project reviews.
