Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Missouri is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a Transportation/Roadway Design focus to lead multi-discipline projects. You will coordinate staff, manage client relationships, and oversee project development from scoping through delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer license in Missouri (or the ability to obtain within 4 months), and at least ten

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related curriculum.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri or ability to obtain within 4 months.
• Minimum ten years' experience in the design of streets and highways.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for street/highway design; DOT project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of multi-discipline engineering projects.
• Independently coordinate work of engineers and plan team assignments.
• Establish client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual and design meetings.
• Coordinate workload and ensure documents are completed on schedule.
• Track financials and adjust team effort to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads for project reviews and perform other duties as needed.
