Job summary

TREKK Design Group, LLC in Omaha, NE seeks a Civil/Water Systems Project Engineer to lead sanitary sewer evaluation studies and hydraulic modeling, with responsibility for bid docs and cost estimating. You will coordinate field inspections and manage deliverables within schedule and budget.

You will mentor staff, ensure QA/QC, and liaise with clients to define scope and ensure satisfaction on municipal infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer certification is required.
• At least 5 years of civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitary sewer evaluation studies including flow data analysis and hydraulic modeling.
• Support field inspection activities such as flow monitoring, CCTV/cleaning, manhole inspections and smoke testing.
• Create job specifications and contract documents for bidding.
• Calculate quantities and construction cost estimating.
• Provide deliverables within project scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead project team in quality control processes.
