The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil engineering, PE registration, and proven leadership. You’ll manage budgets, client relations, and growth initiatives while guiding QA/QC, with a salary of $112,000–$128,000

Formación

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE registration or recognized as a technical expert.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects and staff.
• Ability to meet overtime and insurability requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering and construction-observation projects from planning through delivery.
• Mentor and develop staff across offices.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue business growth.
• Prepare reports, permits, and QA/QC reviews.
• Manage budgets, billings, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate marketing and business development activities.
