Job summary

Lynch & Associates – Engineering Consultants, LLC in Burlington, Wisconsin is hiring a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead civil site, municipal, and transportation projects from planning through delivery.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and client relationships, and coordinate across Lynch & Associates offices. Occasional travel to project sites and to the New Berlin office may be required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of civil engineering experience required.
• Experience leading civil/site projects and staff.
• Strong client communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning through delivery.
• Mentor and oversee engineering staff on assigned projects.
• Manage project budgets, billings, and client communications.
• Prepare and review site civil, municipal, and transportation designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support proposals and contract preparation.
