Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred, ability to obtain in operating states is a plus.
• 10+ years of civil engineering and land development design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil site and land development projects from concept through construction.
• Mentor engineering and design teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist VP with workload management, resource allocation, and business development.
• Review plans, reports, and specs to meet local and state regulations.
• Perform hands-on design work in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ensure deliverables meet standards.
