Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• Strong project coordination and delegation skills.
• Experience leading medium to large projects.
• In-depth knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering principles to land development design (drainage, water, sanitary, parking, roadways).
• Prepare exhibits and construction documents with Civil 3D.
• Design using stormwater and storm sewer software for development projects.
• Review applicable regulations and permitting requirements.
• Analyze topographical data to plan projects.
• Ensure QA/QC and maintain budgets and schedules.
• Perform site investigations and on-site observations.
