Job summary

Top Gun Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for its Land Development team to design and permit diverse projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. This role targets an experienced EIT or young PE looking to advance toward Project Management.

You will lead design, manage stormwater and erosion controls, prepare permits, and provide technical guidance while coordinating with regulators and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in land development design and permitting, with expertise in stormwater management and erosion control.
• EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it through reciprocity.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling tools.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to create and manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Word and PowerPoint for both Teams and in-person meetings.
