Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager for Land Development to lead site design, permitting and construction oversight for municipal and private clients in the greater Charlotte area.

The candidate will manage complex projects from concept through final design, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality land development solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related discipline
• PE license in NC preferred
• Minimum 10 years directly applicable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead the preparation of reports, opinions, and recommendations for the Client
• Manage large complex projects from concept through final design
• Lead junior engineers and mentor staff to maintain a high-performing team
• Construction oversight on land development projects including certification and client engagement
