Based in a hybrid office role, you will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while guiding technical decisions across industrial, commercial, land development, renewables and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 10+ years of related experience in leading multi-disciplinary design, permitting and construction as a consultant.

Responsibilities

• Target and generate new opportunities.
• Manage project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality.
• Oversee pursuits, designate resources, define client needs, address client concerns and propose solutions.
• Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and drive customer value.
• Nurture and grow client relationships.
• Support the achievement of professional staff’s career goals.
