Qualifications

• 8–11 years of professional site/civil engineering experience required.
• PE licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Manage work and development of land engineering projects in a collaborative environment.
• Develop and support new project opportunities and manage proposal submissions.
• Responsible for project financial performance and client relations.
• Develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of projects.
• Support preparation of land development design and permitting documents.
• Provide civil engineering for various site designs including grading and drainage.
• Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction contract documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of permitting, design and construction documents.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to discuss design/permitting issues.
• Supervise design team activities during construction administration.
