Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience managing civil/site development and/or municipal projects
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and common engineering design tools
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from early planning and feasibility through design, permitting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely decision‑making.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, and contract documents for new and ongoing projects.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure on‑time delivery of design packages and submittals.
• Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and proactively identify and resolve project risks or issues.
