Job summary

Datrose, an engineering firm in Reading, PA, is seeking a Sr. Civil Project Manager/Division Manager to lead project delivery from bid to completion.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate internal staff and outside consultants, and ensure client satisfaction. Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering, PA PE license, 10+ years in civil engineering and 5+ years in project management, plus proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE License in PA.
• Ten years as Civil Engineer in a consulting environment.
• Five years as Project Manager or Senior Engineer with PM responsibilities.
• Financial knowledge to understand P&L for profitability.
• Experience with a variety of construction and design projects.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.

Responsibilities

• Find, win, plan, organize and execute engineering projects.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Write successful proposals that establish the work to be done at a price that achieves profitability goals.
• Lead project delivery to ensure quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
