Job summary

Blackburn Consulting seeks a full-time Sr. Project Manager to lead moderate-to-large civil design projects in California, reporting to the Civil Design Principal.

The role requires 15+ years of civil design experience, with travel to project sites, strong client relations, and internal staff management. Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk; coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams; assisting with proposals; producing reports and PS&E construction

Qualifications

• Registered civil engineer (PE) in California or eligible.
• 15+ years of civil design experience with leadership.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
• Coordinate resources and milestones with other project managers.
• Assist with preparing proposals to win work.
• Lead meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Produce and edit reports and PS&E construction documents.
