About the Company

A well-established, multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, and construction firm with a strong national presence is growing its senior project management team in Bellevue. The firm delivers complex civil engineering projects across commercial, residential, and industrial markets with a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and long-term employee investment.

The Role

A senior project management position with full ownership of multiple concurrent civil engineering projects from conception through construction administration. You'll lead client relationships, manage financial performance, coordinate across internal disciplines, and mentor engineers and designers - all while contributing to business development and new client pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously across all phases of design and delivery
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the full project lifecycle
• Manage financial performance including profit evaluations, budgets, and accounts receivable
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants
• Allocate resources, monitor budgets, and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with internal disciplines including architectural, structural, MEP, and plumbing teams
• Oversee site layout, utility and stormwater design, permitting, and construction administration
• Manage, develop, and mentor project engineers and designers
• Conduct risk assessments and identify liability issues related to design and construction
• Implement QA/QC practices and participate in new client pursuits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of civil engineering project management experience in site/civil production
• Experience with commercial project types preferred such as retail, hospitality, or fueling
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
• Strong client communication, financial management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PE license
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams
• Familiarity with Washington State permitting and design standards
• Proven track record in business development and client retention

Compensation

• $115,000 to $190,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus
