Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering projects and foster strong client partnerships in Florida. You will oversee delivery from pursuit through completion, mentor staff, and contribute to growth while upholding high standards of quality and integrity.

The role requires a PE licensed engineer with 8+ years of ownership experience, cross-functional leadership, and a strategic, client-focused mindset.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license in the required state(s).
8+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
Proven track record leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong business development, communication, and leadership skills.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex engineering projects with accountability for quality, schedule, budget, and profitability.
Provide strategic, technical, and managerial leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
