Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead the civil engineering team on transportation and roadway projects for IDOT, CDOT, Illinois Tollway and local municipalities. The role requires a PE license and 12+ years of related experience, with strong leadership and client interaction.

Proficiency in Microstation is essential; Open Roads Designer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 12+ years of successful project experience in civil engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analysis and design calculations per design standards using appropriate software.
• Prepare technical reports, contract plans, specifications and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineering staff in technical and project development.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants and other disciplines.
