Bohler's Red Bank, NJ office is seeking a Project Engineer to advance technical and professional growth. You’ll lead site design, coordinate complex layouts, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver diverse commercial, residential, and industrial projects along the Jersey Shore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in civil/site design, grading, drainage, and permitting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• Strong knowledge of zoning regulations and site development processes.
• Professional Engineer license preferred or EIT in progress.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, and utilities for complex projects.
• Analyze zoning regulations, site conditions, and environmental constraints to guide design.
• Perform stormwater management and hydrology calculations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive designs.
• Review technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical training and QA reviews.
• Support client communication, permitting efforts, and agency coordination.
