Job summary

Rick Engineering Company in Riverside, CA is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on landmark projects in the Riverside area. You will guide design, schedule, and budgets, and coordinate with clients and public agencies to turn ambitious plans into reality.

The ideal candidate has a BSCE, CA PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), plus 6–12 years of relevant experience and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree, CA Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer, or ability to obtain in next 6 months.
• Minimum eight (6-12) years relevant experience; or the equivalent work experience of twelve (8-15) years in this industry.
• Demonstrates independent thought and decision-making abilities.
• Minimum three years of management experience supervising technical staff.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; able to manage design and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction support and field coordination.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and scopes of work.
