Job summary

Wallace Design Collective seeks a Senior Civil Project Engineer (PE) to lead land development projects from entitlement through construction in Tulsa, OK. You will act as a strategic partner to the Principal Engineer, manage client relationships, coordinate design efforts, and mentor junior staff to foster technical excellence.

You will oversee project schedules and budgets, navigate regulatory approvals, help refine internal design standards, and pursue new opportunities with existing clients

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)
• 7–12+ years of civil site development experience
• Experience leading multiple projects and mentoring staff
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of land development projects from entitlement through construction.
• Act as strategic partner to Principal Engineer and assist with resource allocation and standards.
• Lead client meetings and manage relationships with developers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Mentor EITs and Junior Designers; perform QA/QC and promote growth.
• Navigate regulatory approvals with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities with existing clients.
