Zusammenfassung

Pennoni seeks an experienced Project Civil/Site Engineer to join our Princeton, NJ team on a full-time basis. You will contribute to land development projects and NJDEP land use permitting, while leading teams in site design, permitting, and field oversight.

The role requires 8–18 years on NJ land development projects, a NJ driver’s license, and a NJ-appropriate PE license preferred. Proficiency with Civil 3D, CADD, and GIS is a plus. Base salary aligns with the target range provided by Pennoni.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (Civil/Environmental related) required.
• 8–18 years of professional experience on NJ land development projects with NJDEP land use permitting.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Prepare site plan and subdivision designs with the engineering team.
• Lead wetland delineation team for mapping and reporting.
• Lead team in filing environmental permit applications and supporting regulatory approvals.
• Conduct field inspections and provide project oversight.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies and local government.
