Job summary
Pennoni in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Civil/Site Engineer to contribute to land development projects and NJDEP land use permitting, on a full-time basis.
You will lead a team on site, prepare site plans, manage wetlands delineation, and oversee stormwater design and regulatory filings, with hands-on field inspections.
Applicants should have 8–18 years of NJ land development experience; a PE license in NJ is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8–18 years of NJ land development with NJDEP permitting experience.
- Willingness to perform field work and possess a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Prepare site plan and subdivision designs with engineers and designers.
- Lead wetlands delineation team for mapping and reporting.
- Prepare and file environmental permit applications for land development.
- Conduct field inspections and provide project oversight.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and local officials.
- Lead stormwater design and permitting efforts.
