Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential and/or commercial civil land development work experience.
• Knowledge of local land use, planning and zoning processes.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances.
• Conduct due diligence including site visits.
• Prepare concept drawings and site plans.
• Lead design of stormwater management systems.
• Prepare construction cost estimates as required.
