Job summary

Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company, is seeking a capable Program Manager to lead aerospace programs from concept through delivery in Columbus, MS. You will manage contracts, schedules, budgets, and team resources to ensure performance against cost, schedule, and technical goals.

You will maintain customer relationships, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing functions, and guide program reviews and proposals for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading complex programs and engineering projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation skills.
• Aerospace manufacturing and program execution knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• US Person required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of the program within contractual agreements to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Manage customer relationships and secure follow-on work.
• Create and maintain program schedules based on inputs from customers and support functions.
• Oversee CDRL deliverables and contract requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics across progress, cost, and schedule.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
